Terms of Service
The Rules of Engagement

Using Gamelyx.pro means working within a clear framework. These terms define the responsibilities of both parties—us and you—to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performance environment for game development. We designed these rules to be transparent, not hidden.

This document is a living contract. It protects your intellectual property, defines acceptable use, and clarifies liability. Before you build with us, understand how we operate.

1. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Permitted Activities

Gamelyx.pro is designed for legitimate game development and testing. You are authorized to use our tools to build, debug, benchmark, and deploy assets, provided you hold the necessary rights to all content you process.

  • Developing and optimizing game applications.
  • Performance benchmarking on approved hardware profiles.
  • Collaborating with team members via secure project links.
  • Downloading diagnostic reports for internal analysis.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain platform integrity and security, the following actions are strictly forbidden. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Security Violations

Reverse-engineering our SDKs, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, or bypassing authentication.

Content & IP

Processing infringing material, malware, or tools designed to cheat in third-party games.

Resource Abuse

Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or exceeding fair-use compute limits.

Data Misuse

Exporting performance data of other users or using the service for unauthorized surveillance.

Liability, Warranty, and The Performance Promise

We built Gamelyx.pro to be a reliable tool for serious development. However, as with any complex software, there are limits to what we can guarantee. Our liability is defined not by promises, but by clear parameters.

The "As Is" Foundation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target and conduct rigorous internal testing, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific development requirement. This is a critical trade-off: we optimize for raw performance and flexibility over a locked-down, "perfect" environment where every edge case is handled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamelyx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, for any claim arising from your use of the service, is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.

Practical Takeaway

For mission-critical launches, we recommend maintaining a parallel, traditional build pipeline. Use Gamelyx.pro for optimization and analysis, but treat it as a diagnostic tool rather than a sole deployment channel until you've validated it within your specific workflow.

The Due Diligence Checklist

Ask these questions before you commit to integrating any development tool into your pipeline.

Q1

What happens to my source code?

Gamelyx processes your assets in isolated containers. We do not retain or analyze your source code after the processing session ends. Your intellectual property remains yours.

Q2

Is there an export fee for my data?

No. You own all diagnostic reports and performance data generated by the tool. Exporting is unlimited and included in all paid plans.

Q3

What's your data retention policy?

Raw asset data is purged within 24 hours. Processed reports are kept for 30 days for reference, then deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

Q4

Are there any hidden compute limits?

Our fair-use policy is transparent. You'll see a clear usage dashboard. We reserve the right to throttle in cases of abuse, but we communicate thresholds explicitly.

Q5

What if a platform update breaks my workflow?

We track OS and engine updates proactively. Major breaking changes are communicated via changelog and email, with migration guides.

Q6

Do you support offline or air-gapped environments?

No. Our core value is real-time cloud benchmarking. We require an internet connection to validate performance against our standardized hardware profiles.

Common Integration Pitfalls & How to Avoid Them

1

Assuming "Exact" Replication

Our benchmarks use standardized hardware profiles. Your users' devices vary wildly. Use our data to find bottlenecks, not to predict exact frame times on every smartphone.

2

Over-Optimizing for a Single Metric

Chasing the lowest possible load time might sacrifice battery life or code maintainability. The tool shows trade-offs; the decision is yours.

3

Ignoring Network Variability

Our tests are run on consistent connections. Real-world networks are chaotic. Always test your final build on your target network conditions.

4

Skipping the Compliance Check

Using our tools for reverse-engineering or processing pirated assets will trigger automatic account suspension and legal review. The automated system is strict.

integration_check.js
// BEFORE integrating, verify this:
const checklist = [
  "Asset ownership confirmed",
  "No third-party SDK conflicts",
  "Offline build pipeline exists"
];
// If any fail, pause and consult Terms.
if (checklist.includes(false)) {
  console.warn("Review Section 1.1 & 2.3");
}

A simple integration guard. The system doesn't prevent errors; it enforces them.

Questions about these Terms?

Our legal and technical teams are available during working hours for clarification. We're committed to transparent operations.
